Courting disaster

This is the second of this series – the day to day life of hobbits in the Shire of Middle-Earth – but in a place where common sense and a hobbit’s natural dislike of water, boats and the fear of the word “drownded” gets ignored and makes way for the euphoria of romance. This is courting disaster…
